From Love, Indifference Grows

She disagreed heartily and privately, staring passed his head and out the window behind him. Staring out into her past, at the ghosts of her dreams – of what could’ve been, of what should’ve been. Emphatically ignoring him, though he would never had noticed, the wheezing, rutting ape.

A quick thirty three words forTrifecta using that first sentence. I started writing something else – but it’s now 260 words and counting, so it will end up a touch too long for the guys at Trifecta. They would have loved it, though, it has exclamation marks as well as the third definition of vulgar (both earlier Trifecta Challenges.)

Maybe you can do what Karen did this week and make your weekday post the longer version of your weekend one!

  2. Amelia says:

Oh I can tell I don’t like him.

  3. Oh, he’s a yucky, sweaty groper it sounds like.

I’m with Amelia on this one. He’s not nice.

And then I’m with Jesse, make your next weekday post that one with a well-placed (or not!) exclamation point and the extra word! You know, if the new word fits it …

  5. Thanks so much for linking up to Trifextra. Remember, this weekend’s entries are being judged by the Trifecta community, so I hope you were able to cast your votes. Winners will be announced with the Monday post. Hope to see you back then.
